    Enterprise Holdings is excited to announce the opening for an Administrative Assistant in Scarborough Office. This is a great opportunity to start a career in Canadian Shared Services and gain valuable experience of AR & Truck billing. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling billing queries and assisting the Account Coordinators to collect payments from corporate customers. It is a full time position and compensation is based on 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday only).

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
    • Download daily AR run and assist Account Coordinators in collecting payments
    • Efficiently handle emails/phone queries and ensure timely resolution
    • Regularly update conversations with accounts for record keeping
    • Identify and resolve billing issues with the Sales Team & Accounts, etc.
    • Research and assist Coordinators to clear credits in a timely manner
    • Handle assigned accounts independently to learn the AR processes
    • Assist Truck Billings department to issue invoices in a timely manner (including contract rewrites)
    • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
    • Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
    • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training & goal setting

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Must have a high school diploma or GED. Post-Secondary education would be an asset
    • Bilingual in French and English Preferred
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
    • Accounts receivable or billing experience is preferred
    • Oracle/PeopleSoft experience is a plus
    • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship, now or in the future
