    Enterprise Rent a Car has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Lot Attendant. The Lot Attendant performs a variety of tasks that provide support and assistance to our fleet management operations. This position is performed primarily outside (in all weather conditions). The Lot Attendant is responsible for performing check-ins on vehicles, which requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to take direction and apply it, both with a team and individually. 

     

    **This is a Permanent Part-Time Position.  Qualified candidates must commit to this permanent schedule as this is not a seasonal position**

     

    If you are interested in this position, please ensure you would be available to work the below hours of operation up to a maximum of 35 hrs/week

     

    Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm 

     

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    The Part Time Lot Attendant is responsible for

     

    • Vehicle condition inspections
    • Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI) which includes: removing plastic on new cars, attaching license plates and torquing wheels 
    • may include transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.
    • Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
    • Work outside in all weather conditions to properly check in vehicles and perform PDI's
    • Using a handheld electronic check in device
    • Deliver vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
    • Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
    • May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
    • Must be available apart from religious occurrences to work the above noted schedule
    • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
    • Must have a valid Canadian driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
    • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
    • Must be able to lift 30 lb. 
    • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship for future work authorization
    • Must commit to this permanent schedule as this is not a seasonal position
