    The Lead Service Agent is responsible for the supervision of the Service Agents and ensures the care and quality of the services being provided by them are meeting company standards. The Lead

    Service Agent may also perform auto detailing, regular maintenance (non-mechanical services), move vehicles, and perform other duties assigned by the manager, all completed in a safe and timely manner.

    *This position is part time and pays $13.00 plus performance based monthly bonus incentives*

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    The duties of the Lead Service Agent are as follows:

    • Supervise staff
    • Ensure all vehicles leaving the service Centre are in pristine quality and are at par with the BI Standards.
    • Answering of the service Centre phone to supply the counters the right vehicles at the right time slots.
    • Ensure the flow of vehicles into and out of the service Centre is expedited quickly and there is consistent movement of vehicles.
    • Inspecting vehicles tire tread depth to ensure they are safe for our customers.
    • Making sure we are performing at an optimal pace to achieve great production numbers.
    • Cleaning of vehicles when required.
    • Placement of QR/VIN stickers when is required. Ensuring vehicles have proper key tags.
    • Assigning service agents with specific tasks to work efficiently.
    • Provide the service agents with a fair work load and environment.
    • Scheduling of service Centre employee’s lunch so that each employee has a lunch in a timely Manner.
    • Follow up with employee’s that are late or absent.
    • Opening & closing of QTA facility
    • Informing Fleet Supervisor of situations affecting the business.
    • Sending gas sheets to the counters once completed and making sure fuel log entries match receipts collected on each shift.
    • Preparing of new car stock. (Plating/gassing/key tags/QR/VIN Sticker placement).
    • Cleaning of QTA facility.
    • Informing fleet supervisor when detailing supplies are needed.
    • Updating of fleet in USG when needed to ensure the vehicles are reflecting current status. 
    • Ensuring PFS units are being cleaned and parked in the designated area.
    • Vehicle and key organization is always adhering to our standards.  
    • EOS email ( overview of how the day went ) 

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Must have 6 months of prior work experience
    • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past3 years
    • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
    • Must be able to lift 25 lb. in order to assist customers
    • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
    • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule: 
      • Monday: 08:00am to 03:30pm
      • Tuesday: 08:00am to 03:30pm
      • Thursday: 08:00am to 03:30pm
      • Friday: 08:00am to 03:30pm
      • Sunday: 02:00pm to 10:00pm
