    Enterprise Holdings British Columbia has an opening for an Administrative Representative at their Headquarters office in Surrey, BC.  This is a unique opportunity for someone to join our team to advance their career and to handle administrative functions for select branches across the Province. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, detail-oriented, have strong communication skills and will be responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with branch employees, referral partners and customers.

     

    We are looking for individuals with proven success in branch administrative functions, the ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer issues when necessary and excellent customer service skills.

    Responsibilities

      • Develop relationships with assigned branches and accounts
      • Assist with ARMS® reservations, ARMS® message waiting and no-show reservations
      • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs primarily over the phone
      • Perform body shop, dealership, last day, rewrites, customer callbacks for assigned branches
      • Audit branch underwriting
      • Research and close branch pended contracts
      • Responsible for all accounts receivable collections and adjustments for assigned branches
      • Market to bodyshop/dealer AP departments to ensure timely collection of receivables
      • Primary contact for claim, rental and customer service resolution based on policy, procedure and insurance company standards
      • Create Escalation system with participating branches and Senior Management on rental files
      • Additional responsibilities based on program evolution

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Minimum College Diploma required
    • Insurance industry experience a plus
    • Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role
    • Proficient in English, written and verbal comprehension.
    • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
