Overview

Provide a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at time of rental and return) using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitate the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Perform all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

Schedule A 

  • Monday 7:00 am - 2:00pm

  • Tuesday 7:00 am - 2:00pm
  • Wednesday 7:00 am - 2:00pm
  • Thursday 7:00 am - 2:00pm
  • Friday 7:00 am - 2:00pm
  • Saturday 8am - 12pm (every second Saturday)

 Schedule B

  • Monday 11:00 am - 6:00pm
  • Tuesday 11:00 am - 6:00pm
  • Wednesday 11:00 am - 6:00pm
  • Thursday 11:00 am - 6:00pm
  • Friday 11:00 am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday 8am - 12pm (every second Saturday)

Responsibilities

• Use Company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs. Offer all optional products to meet customer wants and needs.

• Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the counters.

• Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
• Answer the phone in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
• Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
• Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
• Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of the customer.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma 
  • Strong sales capabilities with ability to effectively offer and sell incremental items.
  • Must have a valid drivers licsense 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communications skills with ability to communicate instructions from management to other staff members.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure situations and troubleshoot customer complaints
  • Requires ability to work flexible hours
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be available to work one of the following schedules:

Schedule A
