We have an immediate opening for a full-time Title/Licensing Clerk.  This position is located in our administrative office in Enfield, and the successful candidate will become an integral member of the Vehcile Aquisitions Team.


To succeed in this position you must be well organized, possess an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e. word, excel, outlook), and be able to communicate effectively and professionally in all situations.


**Applicant must be available to work Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm 




  • Management and distribution of vehicles registrations and spare keys
  • Communication with Licensing teams across Canada
  • Interaction and support with Remarketing sales team
  • Building and maintaining a relationship with Access Nova Scotia
  • Filing & other general administrative duties


  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Must have intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must have a valid Canadian driver's license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or accidents within the last three years. 
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
