Overview

Enterprise Holdings is excited to announce the opening for a Bilingual Account Coordinator in our Toronto Administrative Office. The Bilingual Account Coordinator will be responsible to collect payments from selective corporate accounts and resolve the billing disputes in a timely manner. This position requires building excellent relationships; working closely with the group management, sales, shared services and external customers. It is a full time position and compensation is based on 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Review daily AR run and follow up with customers on payment status
  • Regularly update conversations with accounts for record keeping
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates to the supervisor on all assigned accounts
  • Research and clear credits on regular basis
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
  • Identify and resolve billing issues with the Sales, Truck Rental Managers & Accounts
  • Issue invoices for LTR accounts in a timely manner (including contract rewrites)
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Assist Supervisor or Manager with any tasks or projects
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED. Post-Secondary education would be an asset
  • Must be bilingual in French and English
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
  • Accounts receivable or billing experience is preferred
  • Oracle/PeopleSoft experience is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship, now or in the future
